Emoji letter text 🇦🇧🇨

Fold accents, then spell the words out in flag-style letter emoji.

Regional indicator symbols are the 26 letter emoji that platforms pair up into flags. On their own they render as big boxed capitals, which is why a short word written in them stands out in a post, a Discord reaction or a channel name.

They cover A–Z and nothing else, so accents are folded to their base letters first and anything outside the alphabet is left alone. Both steps run in your browser, and the result is ordinary Unicode you can paste anywhere.

Questions

Why do two letters sometimes turn into a flag?
That is what regional indicators are for: platforms join a valid two-letter country pair into one flag. Keep it to single words and watch for accidental pairs like 🇬🇧 in the middle of a longer string.
Does it work with numbers and punctuation?
No — the block is letters only. Digits, spaces and punctuation pass through unchanged so the shape of the line survives.
Why fold the accents?
There is no indicator symbol for á or ž. Folding first means the whole word converts instead of leaving stray narrow letters in the middle.
