Pomodoro planner
Turn work-block, break and start-time settings into a full pomodoro session schedule.
Pomodoro planner
Set a work block length, a short break, a long break and how many blocks make up your session, and this tool lays out the whole thing in order — work block, break, work block, break — each with its exact start and end time from whenever you plan to begin. It's built for anyone who wants to see a pomodoro session on paper before starting it: planning a study block around a lecture, blocking out a focused morning before a meeting, or just checking what time a six-block session actually finishes.
Paste a list of tasks, one per line, each ending in a colon and the number of blocks it needs — "Write report: 3" gives that task three consecutive work blocks before the schedule moves to the next task. Leave the input empty and the tool schedules generic, unnamed blocks from the total block count instead. Set how many work blocks pass before a short break is replaced by a longer one, choose a 24-hour or 12-hour start time, and pick plain text, a table, or CSV to paste straight into a spreadsheet.
A session that runs past midnight is marked with a "+1" on the times that fall the next day, so a late-night stretch still reads correctly. The tally under the output reports the number of work blocks, the total minutes of focused work, and the time the whole session wraps up.
Everything runs in your browser: the schedule and any task names you type are never uploaded anywhere. Copy the result, download it as a .txt file, or send it back into the input to adjust a setting and rebuild the plan.
