Spaced repetition planner
Turn a list of items into concrete review dates using a spaced-repetition interval sequence.
Spaced repetition planner
Paste a list of things you want to learn — one per line, such as vocabulary words, exam topics or flashcard decks — and this tool turns each one into a concrete review schedule. Instead of remembering that a topic is "due in three days," you get an exact calendar date for every repetition, calculated from the date you started studying it.
The interval sequence controls the spacing: the built-in 1, 3, 7, 14, 30-day sequence is the classic spaced-repetition curve, or you can enter your own comma-separated days. The interval multiplier scales the whole sequence at once, so doubling it turns a fast schedule into a slower one without retyping every number. Repetitions per item sets how many review dates to generate; once the sequence runs out, the last interval keeps repeating. Skip weekends pushes any review that lands on a Saturday or Sunday to the following Monday, and the daily review limit caps how many items can be due on the same day, moving the overflow to the next available day so you never open the app to fifty reviews at once.
Choose whether the result is grouped by item — each line showing one item and all of its dates — or by date, which reads like a calendar: one line per day listing everything due that day. Switch the output format to CSV to import the schedule straight into a spreadsheet or another app. The tally under the output reports how many items and review dates were generated, how many were moved to resolve a daily-limit conflict, and the exact processing time.
Everything runs in your browser: your study list and dates are never uploaded anywhere. When you're done, copy the schedule, download it as a .txt file, or send it to the input of another tool to keep working with it.
