Sales commission calculator
Calculate sales commission per rep from seller;amount rows, with flat or tiered rates, thresholds and caps.
Sales commission calculator
Paste a list of sales reps and their sales totals, one per line as seller;amount — for example Alice;15000 — and this calculator works out the commission each person earns, the effective rate on that sale, and the total for the whole list. It is built for sales managers, finance teams and freelancers who need to check commission payouts without opening a spreadsheet.
Choose a flat rate applied to every sale, or switch to progressive tiers and enter bands as threshold:rate pairs — for example 0:5,10000:8,50000:12 — so higher sales earn a higher rate on the portion above each threshold, the same way a tax bracket works. Add a fixed bonus paid on top of the calculated commission, set a minimum sales threshold below which no commission or bonus applies, and cap the maximum payout per row. When a deal is split between several people, set how many ways to divide it and each row shows the per-person share next to the full commission.
Pick the currency label and how many decimal places to round money to, and switch the output between a compact table and a line-by-line list. Rows that are not in the seller;amount format are skipped and counted separately, so a stray blank line or typo never breaks the calculation, and the tool comfortably handles long lists pasted straight from a CRM export.
Everything runs locally in your browser — the sales data never leaves your device, so it is safe to use with real commission figures. Copy the result, download it as a .txt file, or send the output straight back into the input to adjust a rate and recalculate.
